NYCFC, against DC United the Blues are in a positive streak

New York City FC prepares for its debut in the new MLS. The first official match of the season will be against DC United. The last four fights between the two teams lean in favor of the Blues who have won on three occasions and drawn once. Last year New York City FC clearly won 4-1 at home, while drawing 1-1 in the away match. In 2019, however, a draw at home for City and 2-1 away wins. In the same season New York played away against DC United in the MLS Cup and also on that occasion the Blues won 2-1. To find New York's last negative away result against DC United, we have to go back to 2013. The hosts won 3-1 and David Villa scored for the Blues in the final.

New York City FC can therefore look forward to Saturday's game. The latest results smile at New York, which however must not think that it has already won at the start. It will be a difficult game, with the mechanics of the teams still to be perfected, in a game that will probably be decided by the episodes. We can't wait for the game to start!
