Bayern Munich have made a formal offer for Tottenham striker Harry Kane. The Bundesliga champions' offer for the England captain is 70 million euros plus bonuses. The 29-year-old still has one year left on his contract with Spurs. Bayern, under former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel, are looking for a new striker this summer with Kane high on their priority list. The Athletic writes it.
